As mentioned last week, DentaQuest is committed to delivering an enhanced experience by transitioning our broker partners and group administrators to new portals. Our goal is to do that as smoothly and efficiently as possible. However, I am aware that this week’s migration has caused inconsistencies in accessing and using the new portal tools and functions.To deliver a more consistent customer experience, We have made the decision to pause the registration of additional users to our new portals for the next two weeks. During this time, our technology team will focus on implementing, testing, and deploying the needed changes for an experience that is more in-line with your expectations. We intend to reopen registration to the new portals during the week of February 22, 2021. For those that are already using the new portal, I encourage you to continue to leverage these new tools.
We understand that, in the interim, there are core administrative functions necessary to maintain our continuity of service.
