Transitions to the 2021 Platform on OCTOBER 1, 2020  

GUIDANCE: 2020 MEDICARECENTER

Agents already active in MedicareCENTER can continue using their current site access, login, and unique Personal Shopping link for business with October 1, November 1, and December 1, effective dates.

Agents new to MedicareCENTER can click the button below: LINK MedicareCENTER 2020, and follow the log-in prompts to access the platform.  Optional: Retrieve a unique Personal Shopping link under the Account option.

 

GUIDANCE: 2021 MEDICARECENTER

New and active agents can access the MedicareCENTER 2021 site on October 1, to review plans with a January 1, 2021 effective date –selling begins October 15, 2020.

Save the date!

1. On or after October 1, 2021, go to the new MedicareCENTER login page at www.medicarecenter.com, or use the 2021 button, below.

3. Login to MedicareCENTER using your current Username and Password

3. To retrieve your 2021 unique Personal Shopping link, select ‘Account’, located in the top row of the site navigation, and click ‘Personal Shopping Link’.

Important:  Agents using MedicareCENTER should update or add any FAVORITED, BOOKMARKED, OR SAVED LINKS in your browsers to the with the new 2021 MedicareCENTER site (www.medicarecenter.com) PLUS, if applicable, update your MedicareCENTER Personal Shopping link on your WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA SITES, EMAILS, AND OTHER DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS with your new, unique, 2021 Personal Shopping link
