As of 8/6/2020:
CSG Actuarial has adjusted its session time limit on the quoting and enrollment platforms in order to meet security requirements.
After 30 minutes of no activity, the user will be signed out of the tool and be required to sign back in. A 5-minute warning will appear on the screen to notify the user the session is about to expire.
In order for the warning to appear, the user may need to clear the cache on the Internet browser they are using.
