Attention Nurses!
ARE YOU READY FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF SHIFT—– A CAREER SHIFT?
All the qualities that make you a great nurse can support a career as an insurance agent. Let us show you how!
The aftermath of being a front-line worker during the COVID 19 pandemic is real. Many nurses are feeling burned out and left considering a new direction. Embarking on a career as an insurance agent in the Medicare market is a path that can be very rewarding. The qualities of a great nurse often mirror those found in highly successful insurance agents. Thousands of Americans are turning 65 monthly and many need a reliable, caring person to help them navigate their transition to Medicare.
Apply the qualities that make you a great nurse –empathy, dedication and strong communication skills, to helping Medicare eligible individuals navigate their health insurance options. The complexities of Medicare choices for those aged 65 and older, and for some under 65 who are eligible for Medicare, can be overwhelming. You can effectively communicate options, provide enrollment guidance, and genuinely help them get the coverage that fits their unique needs.
As a Field Market Organization (FMO) we provide back-office services to agents who serve clients eligible for Medicare. We do this in a myriad of ways, but most importantly, we do it free of charge. We are paid by the insurance company when an agent sells a Medicare policy, and the agent still receives their full commission. We work with national and regional carriers allowing our agents to contract with multiple companies and give their clients optimum plan choices.
We’re here for you every step of the way. From helping with initial licensing requirements, to coaching you for your first client meeting, and EVERYTHING in between. From day one, you will work with a dedicated team that includes experienced professionals in sales, licensing, service, contracting, administration, marketing, technology and compliance. We work with you, on your timeline, providing the training and resources you need to build a new, successful career.
