March 20, 2025: CMS announced the withdrawal of its prior memo regarding beneficiary use of the disaster SEP.  Sales agents will continue to be able to enroll beneficiaries using the disaster SEP, if the beneficiary meets the SEP requirements, after 4/1/2025.  Read the CMS Memo HERE.
