A very special presentation from the Case Management Department and the Clinical Departments at Aetna around how they can make your life a lot easier writing their D-SNP plans. The session will also cover My Care Ohio and a review of their D-SNP plans, which take all levels of Medicare-Medicaid, along with when it make sense to put someone who is a SLMB or a QI on one of their D-SNP plans.
