Planned Elevance Health Maintenance Downtime API Enrollment Submission Impact 9/23 -9/24

We’ll have a downtime beginning at 3 PM PST beginning on Friday. DRX does not have a way to hold the enrollments so an error message will be received if any enrollments are submitted once the downtime begins.  We are working with the technical teams on the timeline still to see if we can defer it a couple of hours but still in progress at this point.

Good morning! There will be a technical systems implementation this weekend that will cause an impact to the processing and reporting for our electronic submitted enrollments. During this time, the electronic enrollment platforms (mProducer, API) will not be accessible. This release will include the items to support our 2023 AEP product data for 10/1 and enrollment readiness beginning 10/15. Any enrollments submitted prior to this downtime window will be processed with the possibility of delayed reporting. We will monitor the processing of the enrollments and communicate if any additional support or resubmission would be needed.
