Medicare Certification
Insurance agents must fulfill annual training and certification requirements, including the AHIP Medicare training, to remain compliant with CMS regulations and updates in Medicare plans. These certifications encompass:

AHIP, America’s Health Insurance Plans, provides a comprehensive Medicare and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training to keep you current and sharp in the field. You can transfer these scores to carrier-specific certifications to satisfy some of the requirements, which keeps you from doubling up on similar tests!

Sales tax may apply to AHIP’s digital and online training courses based on your state’s tax regulations. If applicable, the tax will be added at checkout.
Cost and Discounts: The standard cost is $175. Aetna/Silverscript, Anthem, Devoted Health, Florida Blue, Humana, Molina, UHC, Wellcare, & ZingHealth may provide an AHIP discount if you certify through their portals. Click on Certify with AHIP to complete the AHIP Medicare training and Fraud, Waste and Abuse training.
- Sign in and enter access code External-SelfReg (no spaces and include the hyphen).
- Complete all Compliance training.
- Sign the TPMO, Compliant Selling, and DSNP FIDE Attestations.
- Complete all Product Training.
Alternative Option: Complete NABIP Medicare Training
Click on Certify with NABIP, complete Medicare training and Fraud, Waste and Abuse training and sign the attestation.
