NABIP Ohio Legislataive Chair Barb Gerken addressed the Ohio House Insurance Committe regarding concerns over the House Bill 21 increase in expanding access to affordable health coverage for individuals by allowing health care sharing ministries to offer non-insurance, reduced-benefit plans to their member, citing consumer may have been unintentionally miesled into purchasing products that do not meet their health care needs.
