AultCare: New Payment Option for Prime Time Members

We are excited to announce a new, convenient payment feature for Primetime Health Plan and PrimeTime Choices’ members. As of Dec. 15, 2021, we implemented automated payment phone lines members can call to check their balance and make payments.

 

As you share this information with members, please advise them they will need to have their member ID number, date of birth, and zip code readily available. Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. The phone numbers are listed below.

As the end of 2021 draws near, we have decided to continue to allow downgrades to our Plan G through 5/31/2022.

When we announce information regarding 6/1/2022 renewals, we will also share our plan moving forward on the downgrades.

AultCare is launching a new website, and this is your exclusive sneak-peek!

 

Launching in early October, our new comprehensive website will give customers access to the healthcare information and education they need.

 

We are proud to introduce a website that will bring many enhancements, including:

  • A clean, simplified look
  • Easy navigation
  • Properly categorized content
  • User-friendly features

Before the website goes live, please note the following:

 

  • To access information specific to Brokers, click on the ‘Broker Resources’ link in the main navigation on the Home Page.
  • To log into your Broker Portal, click the white ‘Account Login’ button in the upper right corner and select ‘Broker’ from the drop-down menu. Then, log in with your user name and password like usual.
    • Your user name and password will be the same. They will not change.
  • If you have any AultCare webpages bookmarked, those shortcuts will still work once the new site is launched.

 

A similar communication will be sent to our employer groups.
