Beginning August 30th, all 2022 sales materials will be available for order through the CustomPoint materials portal for all health plans and markets.


  • You must be certified to market and sell 2022 Wellcare products to submit an order.
  • You will only be able to view and order 2022 sales materials for plans you are certified to market and sell.
  • Access to CustomPoint, through Single Sign-On, is granted 72 hours after completing certification training requirements.

Subject: Pre-Order Your Medicare Advantage Supplies Now

Pre-orders for 2022 Medicare Advantage materials are now available in the Order Materials section of
MyBrokerLink. This pre-order opportunity will close on Wednesday, September 8, though you will be
able to continue ordering after that date. Only orders placed by September 8 will be guaranteed for
arrival prior to October 1. Any orders received after September 8 will start shipping on October 1 in the
order they were received.

Visit MyBrokerLink now to place your order for any materials you need for the 2022 Annual Enrollment
Period, including updated pre-enrollment kits for all regions. This year’s kits are customized to the HMO
and PPO plans in each region where we expect you to have a majority of your sales. Each kit includes
individual Summary of Benefits documents, an application specific to that region and a brochure
explaining the benefits of our plans.

Commission Payment Details:

  • Payments will move from bi-weekly to weekly payouts.
  • All Medicare health plan commission payouts will follow a standardized weekly schedule.
  • Approved Advanced (Initial/New to MA) and HRA/VBE payments will be processed weekly.

A NEW Option for AEP to help get you leads FASTER!

We have a new QR Code option that can be added to your mailer that allows the consumers to request information immediately. Once they scan the QR code and enter their information, you will get an immediate email letting you know you have a new lead.


In initial tests, we’ve seen anywhere from 25% to 50% of the respondents choose to fill out the form online instead of mailing back the reply card. Clients that tested this option saw web responses within 3-5 business days of mailing and then started getting the mail back responses about a week later.

WellCare/Centene: Allwell Member Rewards Program Has Changed – Healthy Rewards

As Centene continues to integrate health plans, further alignment of programs may be necessary. Beginning July 1, 2021, the Healthy Rewards program replaced the My Health Pays® rewards program previously available to Allwell Medicare Advantage members across all states. Members impacted by the program transition were mailed a communication in May 2021. What you should know

Your assistance is key to ensuring members have a smooth transition to the Healthy Rewards program. Please take note of the following when speaking with your members:

  • Only Allwell Medicare Advantage plans and members are impacted. There are no changes to the My Health Pays® program for Medicaid and Marketplace.
  • Rewards earned for activities completed through June 30, 2021 on the My Health Pays® Prepaid Visa® Card must be redeemed by September 30, 2021. Please Note: Earned rewards may continue to be added on the member’s My Health Pays® Prepaid Visa® Card through August 16, 2021.
  • The My Health Pays® Prepaid Visa® Card will be closed on October 1, 2021, and any remaining funds will be forfeited.
  • Emphasize the September 30, 2021 deadline for redeeming rewards on the My Health Pays® Prepaid Visa® Card.
