Anthem is offering a Continuing Education webinar on Tuesday, August 4^th at 10:00AM EST.  They  will be covering “Senior Trends for the Future”.

This CE is approved for OH.  You will receive 1 Hour of CE credit upon the completion of the webinar.

VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECEIVE CE CREDIT!

In order for you to receive CE credit, you MUST follow the outlined instructions:

• • YOU MUST LOG IN PRIOR TO 10:00 AM AND REMAIN LOGGED IN UNTIL 11:00 AM.
  • All participants must login separately.  No sharing computer screen, as we need log-on and log-off times and polling question responses from each individual.
  • All participants must stay on the WebEx webinar page the entire time to receive credit.  You cannot go to other web pages, even if work related.  Participants should not multitask by answering emails, IMing coworkers, going to any other website.  If you leave the WebEx webinar page, you will show as inattentive and could possibly not qualify for CE credit.  If you are inactive, you will receive a chat message warning from the monitor.  We recommend closing all other programs so you remain attentive throughout the webinar.
  • Polling Questions:  Participants will need to answer the polling questions and must click the “Submit” button to record their answer.  Three (3) polling questions for each hour of the webinar are required.  Failure to meet their state’s polling question requirement will result in no CE credit.
